Terms and Conditions - Rooms:

• A prior reservation is required. Vouchers are not valid for walk-in guests.
• Vouchers are not valid during blackout dates, including but not limited to peak seasons, holidays, conventions, fully booked periods, and special events or occasions.
• Management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of vouchers during fully booked dates, special occasions, or on dates deemed non-applicable.
• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only. Expired vouchers will not be honored.
• Reservation modifications and cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to the confirmed booking date.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the voucher.
• This voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges, including PWD and Senior Citizen discounts.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
• The voucher number must be provided at the time of reservation.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-refundable.
