Terms & Conditions - F&B:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, tie-up offers (credit cards, associations), membership privileges (Indulgence Plus, Gourmet Elite Card), or government-mandated discounts.
• Purchased Uno Buffet 3+1 vouchers and Lobby Lounge Merienda Buffet 2+1 vouchers are valid until January 15, 2027. Discounted vouchers are not valid during blackout dates including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
• Room accommodation reservations must be made at least three (3) days prior to check-in and are subject to room availability.
• Vouchers must be presented upon check-in for room stays. For food and beverage consumption, prior reservation is required and subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be presented to the F&B Manager or Supervisor before placing any order.
• Vouchers are not redeemable during peak seasons, conventions, or conferences. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
• Expired vouchers will not be honored. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the bearer.
• Unused voucher values are non-refundable, non-cumulative, and not convertible to cash. Vouchers are non-transferable.
• Strictly no refund policy applies. Vouchers are valid only within the specified promotional period.
