Terms and Conditions: 

• Promo is valid for weekday bookings (Monday to Wednesday) only.
• Promo period is until December 31, 2026.
• This promotion is valid for new bookings only. 
• Rates are non-commissionable and non-refundable.
• Cannot be used in conjusnction with other promos, discounts, or vouchers. 
• Prior reservation is required and subject to room availability.
• Any excess hours beyond the 6-hour usage will incur additional charges.
• Packed meals are fixed at forty (40) servings; additional orders will be charged accodringly. 
• Photoshoot access is limited to designated hotel areas only. 
• Hotel policies and house rules must be strictly followed.

• Advance booking is required to secure your preferred date and time.
• A confirmed reservation may require a deposit or full payment.
• Final guest count for packed meals must be confirmed at least 3 days pror to the event. 
• Coordination with hotel staff is required for photoshoot schedules and permitted areas. 
• Clients must comply with the agreed time slot to avoid additional charges.
