1. Beacon Experiences eGift Cards are issued by Concept Hospitality Pvt Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the company.  
2. Beacon Experiences eGift Cards can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹1001 and maximum value of ₹10,001 per eGift Card. 
3. The eGift Cards are valid for a single redemption for spends towards accommodation, dining, spa, other hotel services and applicable taxes, across all participating Beacon hotels in India. If the value of the charges is less than the value of the eGift Card, any unutilized balance will automatically expire and lapse.
4. eGift Cards cannot be used for business centre equipment hire, hired services from third-party sources, expenses on banquets, conferences or events, expenses of a personal nature requiring a pay-out by the hotel, or for any retail spends at third-party outlets at any hotel.  
5. Loyalty points cannot be earned on charges or spends which are paid for using Beacon Experiences eGift Cards.
6. Any charges or spends incurred in excess of the balance value of the eGift Card will need to be settled in cash or by an accepted debit or credit card at the time of making such purchase.  
7. All redemptions are subject to availability of rooms or the product/service offered. Blackout dates may apply. Kindly check the availability with the hotel before redeeming and mention your eGift Card number when making your booking. Standard cancellation policies would apply. The eGift Card certificate printout or email needs to be presented at the time of making the purchase.  
8. This eGift Card is not transferable and will be verified at the time of redemption. Once an eGift Card is issued, we cannot entertain any request for cancellation. Please keep this eGift Card in a safe place as torn, defaced, altered, illegible, lost, stolen or destroyed e-cards are deemed invalid and are not redeemable, nor can they be replaced or reissued.
9. This eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, will not be valid after the expiry date and the validity period cannot be extended. 
10. eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and are only redeemable at the participating hotels.
11. Redemption of an eGift Card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company’s liabilities in respect of the eGift Card.
12. Any disputes need to be referred to Concept Hospitality Pvt Ltd and the decision of the company shall be final and bearing on the card bearer. 
13. Any further dispute related to the eGift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
14. The eGift Card is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser and the card bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard. 
15. The company reserves the right and entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.
