Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations will not be accepted within 03 working days of the purchase of the Voucher.
  • Reservations must be made directly with the relevant property and are subject to availability.
  • Please quote the voucher number when making the booking.
  • Photo identification and a valid credit card are required upon check-in.
  • Accommodation vouchers entitle the bearer to the NZD dollar value of the voucher for available rooms.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Vouchers may not be copied or reproduced in any circumstance.
  • All stated prices are in NZ dollars and include GST at the rate of 15% in New Zealand.
  • Voucher expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions at the hotel / restaurant.
