Reservations must be made directly with the Hotel and are subject to availability.

Please quote the voucher number when making the booking.

Photo identification and a valid credit card are required upon check-in.

Accommodation vouchers entitle the bearer to the NZD dollar value of the voucher for available rooms.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Vouchers may not be copied or reproduced in any circumstance.

All stated prices are in NZ dollars and include GST at the rate of 15% in New Zealand.

Voucher expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions at the hotel/restaurant.
